So the second week of June Collin and I went to Vegas to celebrate our second anniversay (May 30th)! It was a lot of fun and really nice to getaway from Rexburg and just our dauily routine in general. We stayed at the Orleans, which was great because it was off the strip but super close it. It had a great pool and some awesome resturants! We were surprised how nice it was considering we only paid $33 a night! I'll have to post a picture of what Collin got me for our anniversary another time!
Our first stop of course, was In & Out which is always delicious. Just thinking about it right now makes me want a hamburger super bad!
We went to the Knights Tournament at the Excalibur hotel which is just like Medieval Times. Sounds kiddish but we had a blast! The show was awesome and we had a great time rooting for team Ireland (even though we lost). The food was good although it was interesting eating everything with our hands. One of my favorite things we did in Vegas!
Then we went to some of the different attractions around the strip.... the lions at the MGm grand, the shark reef at the Mandalay Bay (Collins fav), the Bellagio Fountains and the Volcano at some hotel I cant remember.
Surprisingly, our good friend Arthur and his buddy Blake were visiting in Las Vegas as well that weekend so we went with them and Collin tried his hand at $1 blackjack. Now before any of you start thinking things, we do not gamble! Collin tried a couple times for fun before he folded out. Arthur and Blake did take us out to dinner at a lovely little italian resturant for our anniversary which was super sweet of them!
We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower which was actually quite terrifying for me. It was my idea to go but as soon as we got to the top, I was regretting it. I put on a happy face for the picture though.

Looks like you guys had a blast and hit a ton of the attractions there! We are going to have to check out that hotel sounds like such a great price!
