Guy time

So Collin had drill again this weekend. Now that Collin is back from basic and ait training, he gets to drill here in Rexburg, which is still for the whole weekend but now since he drills in town, he gets to come home and stay for the night! The Idaho N.G. got the official alert for deployment to take place within a year and hopefully Collin wont have to go since hes on a two year college first program, but we'll see. Since they have gotten this alert, they have two drills a month instead of one and are longer to prepare for conditions overseas and are doing alot more real life scenarios. Anyways when he came home the other day from drill, he said it has been the best drill ever and that he has never laughed so hard in his life. The guys were assigned as good guys and bad guys. Collin got the task to be a suicide bomber and his drill sgt named him Haccunapoopoo. Nice. They get to fire these HUGE airsoft guns that shoot out plastic bbs and pretty much have to "stay alive". Anyways Collin was running away from one of the good guys and when they were gaining on him, he set off his bomb filled with baby powder and some other stuff to make a huge explosion. (the good guys dont know which ones are suicide bombers) He said it was so much fun and had a great time. I guess Collin and some of the other guys also made their own baby powder bomb and attached it to his recruiters door inside of his office and waited for him to enter. Well, the recruiter ended up with a face full of baby powder and they guys got a huge kick of out it naturally. Im glad that Collin has these weekend drills to go out and do guy stuff. Im glad that he can go out drive tanks, shoot guns, blow up bombs and play pranks on your superiors every now and then with the guys. He took some picturs and i couldnt help but post them.

I would think this wouldnt be a good place to have a bomb, even if it is fake. They said it was the only place to keep it concealed without the "good guys" knowing who had a bomb.
