Military Spouse highlight!

So every now and then Collin will bring home this military spouse magazine(MSM) for me when he gets back from his weekend drills or if he sees one in the office at the armory. Its a fun little magazine with stuff about deployments, staying in shape while your soldier is away, healthcare and a whole bunch of stuff. I found they also have a website where military spouses can get together and talk or ask other questions or advice. Anyways they ask for spouses to submit any military pictures, stories, questions, ideas, etc to they can review and put some in their magazine. So I thought what the heck? I sent some pictures of Collin and I that we had taken last yr in his uniform right before he left for basic and AIT. I also sent them a pic of something I made while he was gone (see below!) Anyways they picked me and are going to do a small highlight on our military story and include our picture and the little picture frame idea I made. Its not by any means this huge full page, front cover story, just a small part of the magazine, but still, I was pretty excited! Once I get next months issue(October) I totally post it! Oh yeah, Im going places! For those of you that remember, I made this while Collin was at basic training. I got a picture of the two of us in our military garb and took some of the envelopes from the letters he sent me and just made a picture matt thing and framed it. I thought it was pretty cute!
