Cruise-Catalina

We finally went on our long awaited cruise almost 2 weeks ago and it was amazing!  Neither one of us had been on a cruise before so we thought it would be a great way to spend our spring break. It was the Baja California 4 night cruise to Catalina and then to Ensenada, Mexico. Catalina was beautiful! It was kinda chilly but we had so much fun. We went parasailing which was awesome. We went 1200 feet which was a bit too high for me but it was amazing to look over the ocean and the island. We were going to go snorkeling but again it was freezing so we rented a golf cart and drove all over the island. I would seriously come live here for a month. The houses were so quaint and cute and instead of seeing cars parked outside, everyone owns a golf cart. We drove up the island a ways farther from the neighborhoods and it seriously looks like Jurassic Park, so pretty and green just minus the dinos. Ah it was just so nice. Staying here a day is just not enough, I want to come back and go parasailing again and they even have this new ziplining course that looks like a fun adventure.

Seriously, I would love to come and rent a house here for a few weeks and drive around in a golf cart to all the little shops and stores. There are a plethera of things to do here....snorkeling, scubadiving, cliff jumping, ziplines, hiking, kayaking, just laying out or taking a walk on the beach.

We had to be back in the boat by 4 so we didnt have enough time to go kayaking like we wanted but it was nice to come back, clean up and go to formal night on the ship. You hear about how great the food is on cruises... yeah, they're not joking and you can have as much as you want even at your own assigned table. Im pretty sure Collin ordered two main courses every night and the chocolate melting cake was heaven. I highly reccomend it.
