4months and goin strong!

This past week Collin and I celebrated our 4month anniversary on Sept 30! I got up really early that morning since it was my day off and made these tasty little numbers, PopUp Pancakes! Way good, fast, and cheap. Kinda like fast food minus the fat and calorie intake! Very much like German pancakes, just look cooler. We ate breakfast and went to the temple later on that day. Didnt do too much besides that since we are trying to save money for our townhouse but we did go out to dinner at Wingers, one of our favorite local resturants that night. We are still in the process of getting our townhouse. Its kinda difficult because we really cant start the loan process until Collin leaves, which means I have to do all the financial stuff while hes gone. We are setting up a calender so we can close by the time Collin returns in April and get this first time home buyer incentive that we found. Im really excited about getting our own place but dealing with the banks and realitors and everything else is not really that fun, but it will be worth it when we finally get to move in! We also got the rest of our wedding pictures from Natalie the other day. I was so excited to put the cd in and look through all the pictures, over and over again. Our friend, Rick also offered to make us dvd slideshow of the pictures we just got to promote his business he is trying to start. So things are pretty good these days. We are enjoying the time we have before Collin leaves this November. Im in the process of planning a farewell party for him near Halloween which hopefully will be a blast!
