I finally got a call from Collin today! It was only 5 minutes but man it was the best phone call of my life! I feel like I havent talked to him forever! Well, hes now at basic training, he got there thursday night. When he first got to the airport they changed his plans... he is now going to Fort Jackson in South Carolina which is better since its not so cold there in the winter. After basic training, they will ship him to Fort Sill Oklahoma for his advanced training. He didnt tell me much but he says that he already has tons of stories about the crazy drill sgts. there and that his head is now completly shaved and that its the first time that he felt self-conscious about the shape of his head. He actually sounded like he was having a good time so Im glad. Here are some pictures of what Collin will be doing soon! I mean, I know it will be really hard some days for him but what guy wouldnt enjoy doing this kinda stuff??

Wow, that is so crazy, I did not know the training was so crazy. I bet he is going to love all the gun stuff. He is probably going to have a blast but miss you like crazy! I am glad you got that call! Love ya girl!
