Homecoming and a night in

Last night felt like a night to drag out the mattress and sleep in the living room. We do it for every now and then and we love it! We went out to dinner came home, pulled out the mattress into our living room and put on our netflix choice Stranger Than Fiction (and some xbox for Collin). I had completely forgot that I had it in our queue so it was a nice surprise.

Oh and guess who we picked up at the airport just this pass Thursday? Preston!

Collins brother Preston is also in the National Guard with Collin and just got back from his year tour of duty in Iraq and we all went to the airport to pick him up! We brought his sweet little daughter with us, Rylee and it was so darn cute to watch them reunite! First thing she did was reach out her arms for him, it was just the one of the most precious things ever. We went out to dinner with him after the airport and it was so fun to have him back again and see him with Rylee. You can tell she really has him wrapped around her little finger!
In the meantime, I have been finding some new small projects that I want to work on... I found some cute recipe templates on Pinterest and printed some for my recipe binder to give it a little extra pizazz!

Here are the real things I want to work on... maybe the upcoming weekend that I have off??? Anyone who wants to work on some crafts, feel free to come over :)
