Hanson family home evening

Last monday for family home evening me and Collin decided to make homemade pizza and cherry turnovers. It turned out pretty darn good. The turnovers were way easy and delious too! Heres the recipe if you want to make them sometime:
crescent dinner rolls, light cherry pie filling, frosting and sugar/splenda (opt)
Cover baking sheet with foil and lay out the uncooked triangle dough on top. Put small amount of cherry filling on top. Take another dough triangle, lay it on top and pinch the sides together to make a pocket. Cook 15 minutes or until golden brown. When done you can either sprinkle a little bit of sugar on top and serve with whip cream OR just spread some vanilla frosting ontop. Voila!
