the little white house

So when Collin comes home for good sometime in April, we are looking for a place. We were thinking about gettting this townhouse but we decided to wait until Collin got back home before we make any decisions (since the economy is kinda ugh right now) plus, my dad said if we looked around some more we might find something better, like an actual house... thats less! Well this is what our realitor found for us. Its this super cute, quaint little cottage style house! Its just a little under 1400 sq ft. but we dont need anything big. She showed me some pictures and I fell in love with it. After I go visit Collin, shes going to show me through it. Its right outside Rexburg, which is good cuz its still close to school. It has a yard with a big willow tree and this cute little indoor back patio(see below pic). It as 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs that you could just turn into an entertianment room or office. I would love to have a place where I can have my own little garden or even use a clothesline to dry our clothes outside in the summer. Have a little flower bed by the kitchen window. Im sold, gotta have it. Way cute. Not saying that we are getting it by any means, but.... if its still there in 2 more months, its ours! Its not too big, not too small, has 3-4 bedrooms, a yard and and an not to mention... an amazing price! I would be very happy if this place was ours in the near future! keep your fingers crossed for us!
