Collin got back from his training two weeks ago and its so nice to have him home. I always think when he leaves "Oh I've done 6months before, I can do this standing on my head" but I still miss him and may or not have some kind of meltdown during our time apart. Thank you for those who called, texted and invited me to hang out while he was gone! When he got home, he surprised with a booked hotel room and a reservation at an awesome steak house in Idaho Falls. We also went to see the new Spider Man movie and then went to the Riot Zone (more about that here) and had an awesome time riding the go-karts!

 

I knew that Collin was planning on surprising me with something so I wanted to do something small for him too. While surfing the net I found this dog tag and little charm that's cut out from it and thought it was a cute idea. Since it was pretty cheap I decided to go ahead and order it. I thought it turned out cute!

Now that Collin is home, I warp back into our routine rather than my routine which I don't mind even though the place definitely gets messier with two people rather than one ;)  but its definitely more comforting and not so lonely now that he's home. Its always nice to come home to someone. Even Slyvia Plath (one of my favorite authors) even wrote about the "comforting presence of a man around the house...". So true!
