So long to the holidays...oh and the husband again

Both Collin and I have never really been big into New Years eve so this year we just kicked back. Collin was leaving the day after new years to finish his basic training at bootcamp, so we just relaxed (notice I started the countdown over again). We rented some movies and snacked on chips & salsa, and craisins. Of course when it was just about time, we turned on the tv and watched the big countdown and enjoyed some sparkling cider and a new years kiss! It was a great way to end a good year.

I did want to post some pictures of our first xmas together, plus my first white christmas! We woke up early, made some hot cocoa and went through our stockings. We waited for the rest of Collins family before we started the big christmas feista! After opening and checking out everyones gifts, me and Collin went back to bed for a little bit (in my family we usually sleep in, not in the Hanson family!) Later, we made brunch, gingerbread trees and went to the movies in our new pjs we got each other for xmas eve! Hope everyone had a good 2008!
